ROX, created by Roxy Papas, has been designing residential spaces and organizing homes for friends and family for years. After lots of praise for her work from happy organized people, Roxy finally decided to bring her skills to everyone by starting her company ROX – Residential Organization Xpert.
Home remodeling has several phases and ROX does it all. You can use her services for some or all of these phases:
-Space Design. You need to plan what you want, and this starts with a design that lays out where everything goes, from walls to appliances to cabinets to light switches & outlets. What does your bathroom layout or kitchen layout look like? Where do you want windows and skylights, HVAC vents, sliding doors? All of the elements that will go into your construction drawings need to be planned.
-Product Sourcing. Once you have decided on your layout, ROX will help you decide on materials, bathtubs and showers, sinks, appliances, cabinets, flooring, electrical & plumbing fixtures and everything else you need for your project. Rox will source all of these items from her trusted group of suppliers, saving you time and money.
-Contractor referrals. ROX works closely with excellent contractors and will introduce you the best people for your project. Once you have chosen a contractor, ROX will be your Owner's Rep, overseeing the project and reporting to you on a weekly basis as to work done, and what is expected in the coming week. You will be completely in the loop without the headache of managing contractors yourself.
-Interior Design Referrals. ROX can refer you to excellent interior designers for that part of your project.
-Home organizing. Once your project is complete ROX can organize everything that is going into your home.

She will work out the configuration that makes the best use of your spaces, as well as select drawer dividers, decorative storage baskets, hangers and tubs for increased efficiency.
